Account Registration To access certain features: • You must create an account • You must keep passwords confidential • You are responsible for all activity under your account We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. 6. Vendor Obligations Vendors must: • Provide truthful and accurate listings • Comply with applicable construction, safety, and trade regulations • Fulfill delivery, return, and dispute resolution obligations • Respond promptly and professionally to customers Violation may result in content removal or account termination. 7. Buyer Responsibilities Buyers must: • Review product details before ordering • Provide accurate delivery information • Inspect delivered goods • Raise disputes within specified timeframes 8. Pricing and Payments • Vendors set pricing. • Payment options are shown at checkout. • Fees may be held in escrow pending delivery confirmation or dispute resolution. JengaSasa does not guarantee pricing accuracy or vendor availability. 9. Shipping and Delivery Shipping policies vary by vendor. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details on delivery timelines, charges, and obligations. JengaSasa is not responsible for delays outside vendor or courier control. 10. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are subject to the Returns & Refund Policy and vendor terms. JengaSasa acts as a neutral facilitator. 11. Prohibited Conduct Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not: • List prohibited or unsafe goods • Engage in fraud, spam, or harmful behavior • Circumvent platform safeguards and dispute mechanisms • Upload malware or exploit technical vulnerabilities 12. Intellectual Property Content on the Platform is owned by JengaSasa or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or derive other works from it without permission. 13. User Content By posting content (e.g., reviews, descriptions), you grant JengaSasa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. 14. Dispute Resolution Disputes between users should first be resolved through the Dispute Resolution Policy. Where mediation fails, parties may pursue arbitration under Kenyan law, as outlined in the policy. 15. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: • JengaSasa is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • Vendor performance and product quality are outside our control 16. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JengaSasa from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Violation of these Terms • Disputes with other users 17. Privacy We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 18. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, legal requirements, or platform integrity reasons. Termination does not affect accrued rights. 19.
