Permitted Use Users may use JengaSasa only for lawful purposes related to construction, including: • Listing, buying, or selling legitimate construction materials and services • Communicating in good faith regarding genuine transactions • Posting accurate, truthful, and complete product or service information • Using platform tools and features as intended 4. Prohibited Items and Services (Construction-Specific) Users may not list, sell, advertise, or solicit any items or services that are unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate for the Platform, including but not limited to: • Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or drug-related materials not lawfully permitted or licensed • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, blasting agents, or demolition materials, including items intended for quarrying or controlled demolition, unless expressly authorized by law and approved by JengaSasa • Stolen, illegally sourced, or counterfeit construction materials, including cement, steel, cabro, timber, fittings, tools, or fixtures that misrepresent origin, certification, or quality • Construction materials or equipment that infringe intellectual property rights, including unauthorized branded goods, patented designs, or copyrighted technical materials • Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content or services, which are unrelated to construction or building activities • Hazardous, restricted, or regulated construction materials—such as chemicals, fuels, industrial adhesives, asbestos-containing materials, or toxic substances—that are not clearly labeled, certified, stored, transported, and sold in compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory laws JengaSasa reserves the right to remove any prohibited listing at its discretion. 5. Prohibited Conduct Users must not: • Post false, misleading, or deceptive listings or information • Engage in fraud, impersonation, or money laundering • Circumvent platform safeguards, escrow, or dispute processes • Manipulate prices, ratings, or reviews • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users • Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code • Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Platform 6. Vendor Obligations Vendors using the Platform must: • Ensure all listings are accurate, lawful, and properly described • Comply with applicable construction, safety, and consumer protection regulations • Deliver products and services as agreed with buyers • Honor return, refund, and dispute obligations in good faith Failure to comply may result in listing removal, suspension, or termination. 7. Reviews, Ratings, and Content Users may post reviews and feedback provided they are: • Honest and based on genuine transactions • Relevant, factual, and non-abusive JengaSasa reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict reviews or content that violate this Policy or other platform rules. 8. Enforcement If a user violates this Policy, JengaSasa may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: • Remove or restrict listings or content • Issue warnings • Suspend or terminate accounts • Withhold payouts where permitted • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities All enforcement decisions are final. 9.
