JengaSasa operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. This means that products are sold and shipped directly by independent vendors/sellers. As such, shipping policies, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on the specific vendor you are purchasing from.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• The distance between the vendor's location and your delivery address.
• The weight and dimensions of the items.
• The shipping method selected (e.g., Standard, Express).

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you may see separate shipping charges for each shipment.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as verified stock availability, courier delays, and remote locations may affect actual delivery dates. Typically, deliveries within Nairobi take 1-2 business days, while regional deliveries may take 3-5 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or a delivery update notification. You can track the status of your order in your account dashboard under "My Orders".

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery. Repeated failures may result in the item being returned to the vendor, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
